These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the "GTC") are offered by:

Dodomimi offers handmade figurines and creations, including custom figurines, paintable figurines, mystery boxes, as well as creations entirely made to order based on references provided by the Customer.
Article 2 — Products Offered
Dodomimi offers several categories of creations.
2.1 Custom Figurines
Custom figurines are creations made by Dodomimi according to the characteristics and options chosen by the Customer when ordering.
The Customer may, among other things, select different features offered on the website, depending on the options available at the time of the order.
The figurine is then made by Dodomimi in accordance with the choices confirmed by the Customer.
The final result may differ slightly from the visuals, simulations, or previews presented on the website. These differences may concern colors, proportions, dimensions, or certain details related to the handmade manufacturing process.
The simulation provided during customization is an indicative representation and does not guarantee a strictly identical reproduction of the final result.
As custom figurines are made according to the Customer's specifications, they are not subject to the legal right of withdrawal under the conditions provided for in Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
2.2 100% Made-to-Order Creations
Dodomimi may offer creations entirely made to order based on an image, photograph, or any other reference provided by the Customer.
The Customer provides the elements necessary for the creation according to the terms indicated on the website.
The creation made by Dodomimi is an artistic and handmade interpretation of the provided reference. It is not intended to reproduce it in a strictly identical manner.
The Customer acknowledges, in particular, that differences may exist regarding proportions, colors, details, shapes, accessories, clothing, hairstyles, or any other element.
When the creation is made according to the Customer's specifications or is clearly personalized, it is not subject to the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
The Customer guarantees that they have the necessary rights and authorizations to send Dodomimi the images, photographs, illustrations, or other elements used for the creation.
The Customer undertakes, in particular, not to send an image found on the Internet or social media when they do not have the necessary rights or authorizations for its use.
When the image depicts an identifiable person, the Customer declares to have obtained, where necessary, the authorizations allowing its use within the scope of the order.
The Customer remains responsible for the content they send to Dodomimi and for any infringement of third-party rights resulting from this content.
The images sent are used by Dodomimi solely for the purpose of fulfilling and processing the order. They are not published on social media or used for communication purposes by Dodomimi without the Customer's express separate agreement.
2.3 Paint-Yourself Figurines
Dodomimi may offer figurines intended to be painted and personalized directly by the Customer.
These figurines are prepared by hand before shipping. Depending on the product, they may be cleaned, washed, sanded, deburred, and covered with a layer of primer to facilitate the application of paint.
The primer may show slight irregularities or not be perfectly uniform. Its presence is normal and helps prepare the surface for painting.
No painting equipment, brushes, paint, or other accessories necessary for painting are provided with the figurine, unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page.
The Customer is free to choose their own equipment. Dodomimi may, however, provide recommendations regarding suitable paints, brushes, varnishes, and other supplies.
Acrylic paint is recommended and must be used in accordance with the instructions provided on the product page or by the manufacturer.
The materials used by the Customer, as well as their quality, compatibility, and use, are their responsibility.
As the figurine is handmade, very slight traces, irregularities, sanding residue, slightly grainy areas, or surface imperfections may remain despite the various preparation steps. These characteristics can be reduced by applying several layers of paint and a suitable finishing varnish.
The Customer must follow the usage precautions indicated by the manufacturers of the paint, varnish, and other materials used.
It is particularly recommended to avoid any contact with products that may damage the paint, especially alcohol or certain solvents.
Information regarding the composition, usage precautions, and any risks associated with the materials used is provided by the relevant manufacturers and sellers. The Customer is invited to consult their instructions before use.
The carabiner, if provided with the figurine, may be delivered separately to facilitate painting. The Customer attaches it themselves after completing the personalization of the figurine.
Paint-yourself figurines are creative hobby products and are not intended for young children. Any age recommendations and special precautions are indicated on the product page.
2.4 Mystery Boxes
Mystery boxes contain creations selected by Dodomimi according to the principle indicated on the product page.
The exact contents of a mystery box are not necessarily known to the Customer at the time of the order.
The characteristics, the number of products, the possible categories of creations, as well as any indication regarding the value or contents of the box, are those indicated on the product page at the time of the order.
Unless otherwise indicated, the Customer cannot demand the presence of a specific model, color, or creation in a mystery box.
Any preferences or requests communicated by the Customer do not constitute a guarantee of receiving a specific model, unless expressly committed by Dodomimi.
When the mystery box is subject to specific personalization according to the Customer's choices, the rules regarding custom creations may apply.
When the mystery box is not personalized, the legal right of withdrawal applies under the conditions provided for by the regulations, subject to any applicable legal exceptions.
Article 3 — Handmade Nature of Creations
Dodomimi creations are handmade.
Handmade manufacturing may result in slight variations from one piece to another, particularly regarding colors, dimensions, proportions, textures, details, manufacturing traces, or certain painting elements.
Small irregularities, bubbles, marks, surface differences, or minor imperfections may also appear.
These characteristics may be inherent to the handmade manufacturing process and do not necessarily constitute defects.
Any particularities specific to each product are specified on its product page or in the associated documentation.
However, these particularities do not deprive the Customer of the applicable legal warranties.
Article 4 — Product Availability
Products are offered subject to Dodomimi's stock, production capacity, and material possibilities.
For creations made to order, Dodomimi reserves the right to temporarily limit the number of accepted orders to maintain its manufacturing times and the quality of its creations.
In the exceptional event that an order cannot be fulfilled after payment, the Customer will be informed and may receive a refund of the amounts paid for the order concerned.
Article 5 — Price
Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes when VAT is applicable.
Dodomimi currently benefits from the VAT exemption regime.
The following statement applies:
"VAT not applicable, Art. 293 B of the CGI"
Shipping costs are charged in addition to the product price, unless expressly stated as included.
The amount of shipping costs is indicated to the Customer before the final confirmation of the order.
Article 6 — Order
The Customer selects the desired product and, where applicable, the offered characteristics, options, or customizations.
For a 100% made-to-order creation, the Customer also provides the references necessary for its production.
Before confirmation, the Customer is invited to check all the information in their order.
Confirming the order implies full acceptance of these GTC as well as the obligation to pay.
The order is considered definitively confirmed after payment confirmation.
An order confirmation is sent to the Customer electronically.
For custom or made-to-order creations, the information confirmed by the Customer serves as the reference for manufacturing.
An error made by the Customer in the transmitted information, options, or references may affect the final result.
Article 7 — Payment
Payment can be made using the methods offered on the website, including by credit card via Shopify Payments and/or by PayPal.
When PayPal offers installment payments, this option depends on the eligibility conditions defined by PayPal and is not provided by Dodomimi.
Payment must be made in full before manufacturing begins, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Article 8 — Manufacturing and Lead Times
Custom and made-to-order creations are manufactured to order.
The manufacturing time indicated on the product page is provided as an estimate, unless a firm deadline is expressly announced.
The usual manufacturing time may range from 4 to 9 weeks, depending on the product, the period, and the volume of current orders.
This manufacturing time is separate from the shipping time.
Dodomimi will inform the Customer in the event of an exceptional delay likely to have a significant impact on the order.
Lead times may be affected, in particular, by an exceptional increase in order volume, supply difficulties, technical problems, events beyond Dodomimi's control, or any other event constituting force majeure.
The information regarding the lead time applicable to the product concerned is that communicated on its product page at the time of the order.
Article 9 — Delivery
Orders may be shipped within France and, where offered, to other European countries.
Delivery methods may include Mondial Relay, Packlink, or any other carrier offered at the time of the order.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the options available at the time of the order, particularly based on the destination, delivery method, carrier, weight, and package dimensions.
For international deliveries not offered directly on the website, a solution may potentially be considered separately with the Customer.
Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other fees imposed by the destination country remain the responsibility of the Customer when applicable.
Article 10 — Damaged or Lost Package
The Customer is invited to check the condition of the package and its contents upon receipt.
In the event of a visibly damaged package, the Customer must, to the extent possible, keep the packaging and all its contents and contact Dodomimi promptly at:
Photographs of the package, packaging, and contents may be requested to allow the processing of the claim with the carrier.
In the event of a permanently lost package, Dodomimi will take the necessary steps with the carrier and provide a solution to the Customer in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
Article 11 — Right of Withdrawal
11.1 Custom Creations and 100% Made-to-Order Creations
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
Custom figurines made by Dodomimi according to the characteristics chosen by the Customer fall into this category.
The same applies to 100% made-to-order creations when they are made to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized.
The Customer therefore does not have the legal right of withdrawal for these products.
The fact that the Customer may paint or modify certain figurines themselves at a later date does not affect their personalized nature when the figurine was made by Dodomimi according to the Customer's choices.
11.2 Paint-Yourself Figurines
A paint-yourself figurine that has not been personalized according to the Customer's specifications is, in principle, subject to the legal right of withdrawal applicable to distance sales, subject to the exceptions provided by law.
The conditions and procedures for exercising this right are those provided for by the French Consumer Code.
11.3 Mystery Boxes
When the mystery box is a standard, non-personalized product, it is subject to the legal right of withdrawal applicable to distance sales, subject to legal exceptions.
When a mystery box is specially personalized according to the Customer's specifications, the exception provided for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized may apply.
The applicable conditions are specified on the product page concerned before the order.
11.4 Legal Warranties
The absence of a right of withdrawal for certain personalized products in no way deprives the Customer of their legal warranties.
Article 12 — Legal Warranties
Dodomimi is bound by the legal warranties applicable to products sold to consumers, including the legal warranty of conformity and the legal warranty against hidden defects.
These warranties apply in accordance with the legal provisions in force.
The legal warranty of conformity cannot be excluded by these GTC.
Normal handmade characteristics of a creation do not, in themselves, constitute a lack of conformity when they correspond to the announced characteristics of the product.
However, a genuine anomaly, manufacturing defect, or non-conformity covered by the legal warranties may still be covered in accordance with the regulations.
Article 13 — Cancellation and Refund
For custom and 100% made-to-order creations, no withdrawal is possible when the exception provided for in Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code applies.
A request for cancellation made after order confirmation does not constitute an automatic right to a refund.
Any exceptional request for cancellation before manufacturing begins may be considered individually by Dodomimi, without this possibility constituting a legal obligation or an acquired right of the Customer.
When a refund is legally due, it is issued according to the procedures and timeframes provided for by the applicable regulations.
Article 14 — Use and Care of Creations
Dodomimi creations are handmade items that must be handled with care.
The Customer must, in particular, avoid:
• significant drops and impacts;
• strong pressure or twisting;
• prolonged exposure to unsuitable conditions;
• contact with certain solvents, chemicals, or substances likely to damage the materials or paint;
• modifications or alterations likely to damage the creation.
Dodomimi cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from misuse, an accident, a drop, an impact, a modification made by the Customer or a third party, or failure to follow the care recommendations.
This limitation does not prevent the application of legal warranties when they are applicable.
Small parts and accessories may pose a risk to young children. The products are not intended to be used as toys by young children.
Article 15 — Force Majeure
Dodomimi cannot be held responsible for a delay or impossibility of performance resulting from an event beyond its reasonable control that presents the characteristics of force majeure under French law.
These may include, where the legal requirements are met, natural disasters, fires, major network interruptions, significant breakdowns, exceptional supply difficulties, industrial action, events affecting carriers, or any other external circumstance that reasonably prevents the performance of the contract.
Article 16 — Retention of Title
The products remain the property of Dodomimi until full payment of the price.
The transfer of risk occurs in accordance with the legal rules applicable to distance selling.
Article 17 — Promotional Codes and Gift Cards
Any promotional codes are valid only during the period and under the conditions indicated at the time of their issuance.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined.
Gift cards, when offered, are subject to the terms of validity and use indicated at the time of purchase.
Article 18 — Intellectual Property
All elements created by Dodomimi in the course of its business, including texts, illustrations, original photographs, graphics, logos, models, figurines, characters, designs, visual concepts, creations, packaging elements, graphic identity, and website elements, may be protected by intellectual property laws.
The name Dodomimi, its universe, its characters, its creations, and its distinctive graphic elements may not be reproduced, copied, adapted, distributed, or exploited for commercial purposes without Dodomimi's prior written authorization, where such authorization is required.
The purchase of a physical creation does not constitute a transfer of the intellectual property rights associated with the model, design, or creative elements used in its production.
For paintable figurines, the Customer is free to paint and personalize the figurine they have purchased as part of its normal use. However, this does not constitute authorization to reproduce the model, manufacture copies, or commercially exploit the model or creative elements belonging to Dodomimi.
Regarding creations made from an image or reference provided by the Customer, the rights the Customer holds in that image remain theirs.
The Customer guarantees that they have the necessary rights to the content they transmit to Dodomimi.
Elements originating from third parties remain the property of their respective authors or rights holders.
Article 19 — Personal Data and Confidentiality
Personal data collected during an order is processed in accordance with Dodomimi's Privacy Policy.
The information transmitted as part of a personalized or fully custom creation may include images, photographs, or references necessary for the fulfillment of the order.
These elements are used only to the extent necessary to process, manufacture, and track the order.
Personal images transmitted by Customers are not published on Dodomimi's social media channels or used as promotional content without the Customer's express separate agreement.
The Customer may exercise the rights available to them in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, according to the terms set out in the Privacy Policy.

Article 20 — Complaints
For any questions, difficulties, or complaints regarding an order, the Customer is invited to contact Dodomimi primarily at the following address:
The Customer is invited to provide all information useful for processing their request, including their order number and, where relevant, photographs showing the problem encountered.
Dodomimi will endeavor to process each complaint as quickly as possible.
Article 21 — Consumer Mediation
In accordance with applicable regulations, the Customer, as a consumer, may, after having first submitted a written complaint to Dodomimi and in the absence of an amicable resolution of the dispute, free of charge use the consumer mediator to whom Dodomimi is subject.

Article 22 — Minor Customers
Orders may only be placed by persons with the legal capacity required to enter into a contract.
When a minor wishes to place an order, it must be done with the authorization of their legal representative.
Products containing small parts or accessories are not intended for young children.
Article 23 — Amendment of the Terms and Conditions
Dodomimi reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions to adapt them to changes in its business, products, or regulations.
The Terms and Conditions applicable to an order are those accepted by the Customer at the time of confirming that order.
The date of the last update is indicated at the top of this document.
Article 24 — Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, the Customer is invited to first contact Dodomimi to seek an amicable solution.
When the conditions are met, the Customer, as a consumer, may also use the consumer mediation process indicated in Article 21.
Failing an amicable resolution, the dispute may be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with the common law rules applicable to consumers.
Article 25 — Final Provisions
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared null, unlawful, or unenforceable, the other provisions shall remain fully applicable.
The fact that Dodomimi does not invoke a provision of these Terms and Conditions at any given time shall not be interpreted as a definitive waiver of its right to do so subsequently.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entirety of the conditions applicable to orders placed on Dodomimi.fr, subject to any specific conditions that may be indicated on a product page or communicated to the Customer before the order.
